This week we are celebrating Dublin Pride. Ireland has come a long way in a short time. In this amazing weather, let us celebrate love in all it’s glory. It makes the world go round. 1.7.2018 @IrishMinfulnss

Roald Dahl has a wonderful phrase about thinking good thoughts. He wrote that they shine from you like sunbeams. It reminds me of the accompanying image- we are all light workers. So think those happy thoughts and “shine bright like a diamond”! 24.6.2018 @IrishMindfulnss
Happy Fathers day to all the Dads & father figures in our lives. Many view today as a Hallmark holiday, but it’s still important to take a day to appreciate our dads, and their love & support over the years. One day we won’t be able to. Enjoy your day Dads- you deserve it! @IrishMindfulness 17.6.2018
In today’s stressful world, we often are too busy doing things, to stop, relax and just be. The wonderful Wayne Dwyer encourages us each day, to take a moment to pause, breathe & savour being in the present moment. @IrishMindfulnss 11.6.2018
Loving Moments
With the recent royal wedding, love is in the air! Yesterday the Rev. Michael Curry quoted the inspirational Martin Luther King & encouraged us to discover the power of love, the redemptive power of love. And when we discover that, we will be able to make of this old world a new world, for love is the only way.” 20.5.2018 @IrishMindfulnss
Sometimes we need to take time out. Time for you- to stop, breathe, relax & find balance. Is your inner life begging for attention? Pause for a minute. Say hello to your inner self, listen to that voice. Reconnect & revive! @IrishMindfulnss 13.5.2018
Abraham Lincoln said that “most people are as happy as they make up their minds to be.” On this lovely bank holiday weekend, enjoy the sunshine, blue skies, birds singing, gardens blooming & let feelings of contentment & happiness seep through you. Breathe in health, hope & happiness. Breathe out any cares & worries. Enjoy the present moment in all it’s glory. You deserve it!

Finding inner peace & practicing mindfulness is as simple as finding beauty in a garden. It’s always there. It just needs you to pause, open your eyes, breathe, and savour the grandeur. 30.4.2018
Sunny Moments
This week has been a week of firsts for me. I noticed the first signs of Summer, shorts and sundresses were spotted, a butterfly and bumble bee flew past in the garden. I even indulged in my first ice-cream of the year. The beautiful sunshine made me feel happier. I savoured these pleasurable moments and felt grateful. Don’t forget to take time to enjoy the happy moments in your life. @IrishMindfulnss 22.4.18
Present Moments
It is said that the past is history, and the future is a mystery. That is why this present moment is a gift to you. Don’t let the cares and worries of the past or the future cloud the beauty of this present moment. Relax and enjoy your gift of the here and now. 15.4.2018
Thoughtful Moments
In Spring, we are surrounded by the formidable creative power of nature. Buds appear on trees, daffodils emerge through the snow, and lambs frolic in the fields.
Think of your thoughts in the same way. We have an infinite capacity to create ideas with our thoughts in an endless evolving succession. You are the captain of your destiny in the world of thought. You are as powerful as anyone else in the world. Happy thinking! @IrishMindfulnss 8.4.2018
Easter Moments
This Easter, I’m reminded of the wonderful words of the famous beloved spiritualist John O’ Donohue. He invites us to search for the light of Easter in our hearts. When we find it, he encourages to share it with family and friends. This light will watch over us and protect us from any darkness on our life’s journey, and fill us with peace, hope and love. Wishing you all a happy Easter. 1.4.2018
